At an event called “The Triggering: Has Political Correctness Gone Too Far” students against hearing this started to disrupt the forum even before it started. It shows that today’s youth don’t care about free speech, or even hearing an opposing view.
It was clear what the protesters wanted to do, shut down something which might offer an opposing, or even conservative, viewpoint.
However, unfortunately for the protesters, Mr. Chowder would not stand quietly and wilt under their talking point rants. He said what many of us have wanted to say for a while.
Its time for the youth to own up, realize the world doesn’t revolve around you, and the world isn’t a nice place. No, its a place where in the wild it really is eat or be eaten.
Conservatives need more people like Mr. Crowder to stand up and not be cowered into silence. Its time to speak up.
