Thug’s Family Blames Homeowner

You’re at home, relaxing, when suddenly a burglar enters.  You don’t know what he’s after, you, your money, something else, but you’re armed and able to fight back.

You shoot and end up killing the burglar.  Score one for the good guys right?

Wrong!

Or at least according to some, like what happened in Florida when Trevon Jackson broke into a woman’s home and was shot and killed.  The family came out saying this:

“You have to look at it from every child’s point of view that was raised in the hood. You have to understand, how he gonna get his money to have clothes to go to school? You have to look at it from his point of view,” Nautika Harris, Johnson’s cousin stated.

How else is he going to earn money?  Seriously?

As many have said, why didn’t he try a job?  That’s why people get a job, to earn money to afford things.

She sounds like a typical liberal who wants to blame everything on someone else and take no personal responsibility for anything she, or anyone she knows, regardless of the law.  She even went on to say this about Trevon:

“He was not supposed to die like this. He had a future ahead of him. Trevon had goals. He was a funny guy, very big on education, loved learning.”

If he truly loved learning as you say, he would have known that breaking into people’s home is illegal.  And if burglary was his ‘future’, it wasn’t as bright as you think it was.

Its time to stop placing blame on the victims and making the criminals responsible for their actions.
