Obama continues to double down, even rewriting history, to make it appear that islam is part of the history of the United States. He has now several times stated this as a fact despite no proof.
“Here in America,” Obama stated, “Islam has been woven into the fabric of our country since its founding.”
This is despite the fact that the majority of founders were not muslim, but were one of the many sects of Christianity.
In fact John Quincy Adams stated the following about islam:
The precept of the Koran is perpetual war against all who deny that Mahomet is the prophet of God.
There is a clear evidence that many of the founders did not trust islam.
But for the President to say islam is ‘woven into the fabric of our country since its founding’ is stretching the truth. But then again, that’s exactly what this President is doing, changing history to fit what he wants.
