The US Constitution, a document upon which the USA has been founded. A document which the founding fathers wrote up after the failed Articles of Confederation failed. Many of the brightest minds of early America worked together to create the government.
When the government fails to obey the very document upon which its founded, does it still serve the people? Recently a new video has surfaced which shows this very problem.
A Helmetta resident entered the animal shelter to investigate problems. While there they were confronted by a local cop, telling him that he must leave the public building. After giving the policeman several court cases citing free speech, he was rewarded with the following statement.
“Obama has decimated the friggin’ Constitution, so I don’t give a damn,” the officer said. “Because if he doesn’t have to follow the Constitution, we don’t have to.”
This is borderline traitorous to the Constitution and shows how far the government has fallen in upholding the very document which our government is founded on. If the government is not enforcing the law according to the Constitution, then who is?
