Recently President Obama has made a coupe of gaffs, one of which actually got not only national media attention, but world-wide attention.\u00a0 But now another democrat has made a new gaff, and no, it isn’t Reid, but Debbie Wasserman Schultz.<\/p>\n
When talking about Governor Scott Walker, Schultz said the following:<\/p>\n
\u201cScott Walker has given women the back of his hand,\u201d she said. \u201cI know that is stark. I know that is direct. I know that is reality.\u201d<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Her statement however has come under attack as being insensitive of women who have been victims of domestic violence.\u00a0 It was so bad that even other democrats distanced themselves from the statement.\u00a0 Walker’s Democrat opponent, Mary Burke’s spokesperson, Stephine Wilson said the following:<\/p>\n
“That’s not the type of language that Mary Burke would use, or has used, to point out the clear differences in this contest.\u00a0 There is plenty that she and Governor Walker disagree on \u2014 but those disagreements can and should be pointed out respectfully.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
It showed that democrats can be just as insensitive to such issues.\u00a0 How did Schultz respond after people have responded so negatively to her statement?<\/p>\n
\u201cI shouldn\u2019t have used the words I used.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Yep, that’s how she responded.\u00a0 As any politician did, she skirted the issue.\u00a0 And as normal, liberals will allow it once more making others wonder who really is waging a war on women.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
