The US Constitution, a document upon which the USA has been founded.\u00a0 A document which the founding fathers wrote up after the failed Articles of Confederation failed.\u00a0 Many of the brightest minds of early America worked together to create the government.<\/p>\n
When the government fails to obey the very document upon which its founded, does it still serve the people?\u00a0 Recently a new video has surfaced which shows this very problem.<\/p>\n
A Helmetta resident entered the animal shelter to investigate problems.\u00a0 While there they were confronted by a local cop, telling him that he must leave the public building.\u00a0 After giving the policeman several court cases citing free speech, he was rewarded with the following statement.<\/p>\n
\u201cObama has decimated the friggin\u2019 Constitution, so I don\u2019t give a damn,\u201d the officer said.\u00a0 \u201cBecause if he doesn\u2019t have to follow the Constitution, we don\u2019t have to.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
This is borderline traitorous to the Constitution and shows how far the government has fallen in upholding the very document which our government is founded on.\u00a0 If the government is not enforcing the law according to the Constitution, then who is?<\/p>\n
